FAVORITE TRAIL RUNNING & HIKING GEAR
I have spent the last handful of years trying different running products, gear, and shoes and have refined my kit for speed on the Northeast trails. Below are some of my favorite items for going fast on trails. All these products are high quality and I use regularly to this day. Same thing with the podcast and camera euqipment. I had nobody to learn from and tried a handful of products and combinations and these are what I landed on for the highest quality visuals and sound. essential trail running gear

favorite trail running shoes
The shoe I have worn for the most miles in the White Mountains. Its a high stack height but I like that for running fast down steep descents. The Speedgoat 7 is my favorite version so far. podcast setup and equipment
Initially I recorded the podcasts through my laptop and a mixer box but it was a nightmare. I fully suggest anyone looking for podcast equipment to get an all-in-one audio production studio that handles mixing, processing, and internal multi-track recording.
