I put together a pdf guide with the fundamentals of endurance training that matter for every runner, from beginner to advanced. The pdf can be summed up to the three bullets below.

  • Training: Build a big aerobic engine through consistency and easy miles, keep improving top end speed, and strengthen your legs for big mountains.

  • Recovery: Sleep is recovery. You need to get good quality sleep if you want your training to actually make you stronger and faster. Pair this with eating enough and eating well.

  • Nutrition: Fuel your runs, re-fuel after you runs, and eat lots of good quality food.
